Sandra Claus has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and has brokered and managed several offices prior to opening Americas Choice Real Estate! 

Sandra decided to design a system for consumers that needed a one-stop-shop for all of their real estate needs at a fraction of the cost of traditional brokerages! She truly believes in "The American Way" where the consumer should be entitled to keep more of their hard-earned money in their pockets!

Sandra is dedicated to giving her customers to the best service for a reasonable price! Say goodbye to the traditional percentages and know what you are paying from the beginning! 

Sandra wants her clients to be 100% comfortable and at ease throughout their entire Americas Choice experience. To do that, she networks with a variety of vendors, including Licensed contractors, handymen, landscapers, inspectors, lenders, escrow, title etc. and offers these resources at the disposal of her clients.
